Packing video on demand

Every package you ship, on video. Every dispute, already settled.

Import your orders, match your shipping labels automatically, and pack on camera. Every box gets a timestamped clip tied to its buyer and tracking number: evidence that ends "item never arrived" and "wrong item" claims before they cost you a cent.

The claim always comes when you can't prove a thing

Platforms side with buyers by default. Without evidence, every dispute is a refund, a lost item, and a hit to your seller record.

“It never arrived.”

Tracking says delivered; the buyer says otherwise. With no proof of what left your table, you eat the refund and the product.

“That's not what I ordered.”

Swap scams and wrong-item claims are a numbers game played against busy sellers. A clip of the exact item going into the exact labeled box ends the conversation.

“Which box did that go in?”

At volume, packing from memory produces mistakes, and your mistakes are indistinguishable from fraud on the buyer's screen. Scan-to-pack makes the mix-up impossible.

Four steps to a fully documented shipment

From a pile of finished orders to per-package video proof, without changing how you pack.

1

Import your orders

Drop in a Shopify order export, a live-show report, or any CSV with buyers and items. PackVOD builds the packing queue: buyers grouped, items counted, day by day, store by store. Re-import anytime: only new orders are added, never duplicates.

2

Labels match themselves

Upload your shipping-label PDFs and PackVOD reads each label's tracking number and recipient, then links it to the right buyer automatically. It can even re-order your labels into buyer order so packing flows straight down the list.

Works with Pirate Ship, ShipStation & platform labels
PackVOD after a label upload: 1 label linked, the buyer row carries its tracking number, and the buyer-order reprint is offered
3

Pack on camera

Scan a label and that buyer's items appear next to your live camera feed. Pack while it records, check off each item, and the clip saves against that tracking number. Multiple stations, multiple packers, one shared folder keeping everyone in sync.

Win the dispute in one search

A claim lands weeks later? Search the buyer or scan the tracking number, pull the exact packing clip, and reply with evidence instead of apologies. Your call whether to send it to the buyer, the platform, or your team.

The whole packing workflow, not just a camera

Recording is the easy part. PackVOD runs the queue, the labels, the checklist, and the team, so the proof takes care of itself.

Scan. See. Pack.

Scan any shipping label and that buyer's items appear next to your camera feed. Check each one off as it goes in the box, and the clip saves itself under that tracking number.

Proof you can actually find

Every recording is filed under the buyer, the items, and the tracking number. When a claim shows up weeks later, the right clip is one search away, not a scroll through hours of footage.

A queue for every day

Import your orders and they sort into a packing queue per store, per day. Live shows stay together as one show.

Labels match themselves

PackVOD reads the tracking number and buyer straight off your label PDFs. No typing, no spreadsheets.

Your whole team, in sync

Point every packing station at one shared folder and progress, labels, and clips stay matched. No per-seat fees.

Labels in packing order

One click resorts your uploaded label PDF to match the queue, packing slips attached.

Re-import without worry

Drop in each morning's export and only the new orders land. Duplicates can't happen.

Your data stays yours

Everything lives in a folder you choose, on your own drive. We never see your orders, labels, or footage.

Your footage. Your drive.
Zero storage bills.

Cloud recording services meter every stored hour and quietly delete your evidence after a few months, right when a chargeback finally lands. PackVOD writes video to your own folder: local disk, NAS, or the cloud drive you already pay for.

  • Unlimited hours. Your drive is the only limit, and drives are cheap.
  • No retention clock. Keep clips a week or five years. They're your files.
  • No per-seat, per-station, or per-hour fees. One flat price.
  • Works offline. Your packing bench doesn't stop when the internet does.

Questions, answered

Where are my videos and data stored?
In a folder you pick: on your computer, a NAS, or inside a synced cloud-drive folder (Google Drive, Dropbox…). PackVOD runs entirely in your browser; we don't upload, store, or even see your orders, labels, or footage.
How long can I keep packing videos?
Forever. They're ordinary files on your own drive. There's no retention limit, no auto-delete, and no storage bill. (Cloud recording services typically cap retention around six months and charge for every stored hour; chargebacks don't respect that calendar.)
How do I get my orders in?
Export orders from your platform: a Shopify order export is auto-detected, live-show reports import as-is, and any CSV with buyer + item columns works. Re-importing an updated file only adds what's new. A direct "connect your Shopify store" sync is on the roadmap.
Do I need special hardware?
No. Any webcam records, and label barcodes scan through the same camera. A USB barcode scanner works too, but it's optional.
Can my whole team use it?
Yes. Point every packing station at the same shared folder and they sync automatically: who packed what, which labels are linked, and every clip. There are no per-seat fees and no user caps.
Which browsers are supported?
Chrome, Edge, and other Chromium browsers. They provide the local file-system access that keeps your data on your own drive.
I sell live on Whatnot or TikTok Shop. Is this for me?
Absolutely: import your show report and pack with the same video proof. And if you want labels printed automatically while you sell live, that's our sister product WhatLabels, and the two share the same packing pipeline.

Stop arguing. Start pressing play.
